Now that Fran is about 2.5 years old, I realized that it might be time for her first haircut. I was also finally able to talk Anna Gresham into cutting several inches off her hair. They were both very good and Frannie sat like a big girl during her trim. They are very excited about their new "do's" and wanted me to post some pics of them. Enjoy!
